I would leave a note saying 'sorry, hope it doesn't cause you too much inconvenience' and sign it ' KT Price' or something like that lol (possibly, it's never happened though)

no, I drove in to someone's car and have the same view as albaqwerty, was a nuisance having to pay out but would have felt awful otherwise! but every driver I spoke to about it had the attitude "Oh I'd have just driven off!" wondered if it was a universal thing

I find the worst place to have to avoid moronic drivers is the supermarket car park, people just don't look and drive too fast!!!
