..at another establishment I worked with a lovely chef who was highly qualified and had cooked on the QE2, however every friday night a very fussy customer used to come in for steak, he always complained about something, one week the chef was not in the best of moods and when the chap complained his steak was tough, the chef blew his top (much to all the staff's surprised as he was so laid back he was horizontal),, he got a fresh steak threw it from one side of the kitchen to the other where it stuck on to the wall tiles, and slowly slid onto the floor, where he stamped on it a couple of times, picked it up, spat on it and threw it onto the grill...the customer said his steak was very tender ...
