Anyone got any good recipes for vol au vent fillings - preferably ones that don't involve complicated cooking?

Wow, thanks! Vol au vent cases are cooling, and I've got most of the ingredients to make these already in stock. I think I'll have a go at Tracy's prawns, Constantine's devilled egg mayo mix, and Woofgang's beef/horseradish and asparagus/mayo.
