Oh Pericat.....i'm sorry to hear that, my lovely.
Try and grab a bit of rest later in the day if you can, eh?
If i cant sleep, i lay on my exeptionally comfortable sofa and watch telly.....within about 10 mins....in the land of nod!.........then i wake up middle of the night.........go upstairs......do my routine...( teeth etc )....... go to bed........mrs bear makes a comment, if she hears me creeping in, like " oh, you dont wanna sleep with me anymore, eh"?.....( in a joking way)....then i cant PIGGIN' sleep!!!!!

lol yogi - i spent bit of quality time with my 20 year old who has a major problem with sleep - watched some telly - came on here - played sudoko on the nintendo ds but nothing worked. I am tempted to go back and make some more jewellery and that will hopefully exaust me but i have a headache now - have i moaned enough yet lol - you've a busy night ahead
norning peri, hope you've managed to get some sleep, but it foes sound like your brain is over taxed, what with work and family and sad news. It won't help you know trying to do soduku or be at the computer as your brain needs a break from that quick thinking you're doing. Try relaxing in bed and reading a very light weight book that can help you distract your train of thought. It works well for me anyway. I've just slept from 1am to 12.30pm! never felt so tired in ages after that long sleep!!!!! Look after yourself mrs.
