"Jeans On" by David Dundas this was used in an ad itself in the 70's. I think the jeans it was advertising as Brutus ( I may be mistaken though!! it was a long time ago)

Yes, David Dundas originally wrote it just as a jingle to advertise Brutus jeans and then when the ad became successful he worked it up into a full song.
