i want to copy a mixed cd to my windows media player but all the tracks are numbered 1-20.
how do you copy it so that it is the whole mix ie.the whole album mix is track 1,and no breaks.
hope i have explained this as clearly as possible

OK serious answer cos I have done it myself but it requires jiggery pokery and other programs able to do certain things. It basically provides a long mp3, so you cannot jump from one track to another.

You'll need to record the whole CD from an external source using inline recording (connecting a lead) and a program where you can specify the length of the recording. I used to use musicmatch, but that is no longer made and doesn't work on vista anyway, but there is Nero (where you can make a wav file and convert maybe.
Follow Postdog's instructions to get your music into your P/C,then dowload this free prog in which you can seperate & edit the tracks.
