car heater blowing out cold air (sometimes) instead of hot...mostly when car not moving............honda civic petrol.......cheers

Is there water in the system? Air lock in the system! thermostat U/S Replace it, heater hoses kinked, are the heater controls set properly? has the car been run long enough for the coolant to heat up?
