There are no words for how much I detest 'reality shows'.
Unfortunately, it has long since passed the mark where if you aren't interested in them you can vote with your 'off button'. They bleed out into all other areas of the media; newspapers, other TV programmes and even the national news bulletins, for heavens sake !

I'm waiting for my Tesco's shopping fluff and it has loads of healthy fruit & veg.........plus a huge bag of Minstrels and 2 chocolate eclairs.......am I schizophrenic?

nope normal, you have to balance out the healthy with choc its the law, for example i have some m&s gorgonzola burgers for lunch and i will have a lettuce leaf as well, that should sort it!

now i'm off to do a personalitly test which iwll probably tell me i'm an alien who likes cake far to much
