I remember watching the first programme - last night was a follow up to show how the children are getting along.

These poor kids are made out to be witches by pressure of the local pastor and their parents throw them out onto the streets, because they are brain washed into believing they are evil. Some poor kids get acid thrown on them to cleanse their souls and terrible abuse. These parents pay a massive sum to the local church to have this diagnosis made.

If you watch both programmes it is absolutely heartbreaking.

i missed it as i was working but i wanted to see it, those poor kids i bawled my eyes out at the last programme, i take it no progress has been made?

Some progress has been made Fluffy - after the last programme on Channel 4 was aired they received over £200,000 from viewers to go towards the orphanage which was founded by the English guy Gary Foxcroft of Lancaster based charity Stepping Stones of Nigeria.

I agree Vibra - it even finds its way over here in the UK sometimes - the case a while ago when the torso of an African child was found in the River Thames with just red shorts on. He was the victim of some religious sect who had practised black magic.
