changing ceiling spot lamps
I have spot lamps fitted into my kitchen and bathroom ceilings but have difficulty reaching them safely if one needs to be replaced. I'm wary of being precariously perched on a step ladder and have some recollection of seeing an advert for a pole with a kind of suction cup on one end designed to help with the job. Has anyone else seen this gadget and hopefully might help me find one. Thanks.

Buildersmate, what I saw in a catalogue - but forget where - was a pole with a suction cup on the end that was supposed to grip the light bulb firmly, but perhaps it's a case of seeing is believing!
