My wife has made a large pan of Vegetable stew ,what do you add for example to make the stock. ,apart from meat ,

This makes a nice stock:
This is for each three-quarter pint of stock
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 heaped tsp tomato puree
and 1 tbsp cornflour for thickening
