You got me thinking now....I suppose you could just have the same fillings as a normal spud? Or just have it plain with butter and a salad - followed by a chocolate pud :-)
Never tried a sweet potato mccfluff, so don't know what would be a good filling sorry :-(

i ate all the choc puds yesterday rinky and the cookies and the ice cream, i shoudnt; be eating today at all!

my cheffy mate has sorted it...... (if your interested)

butter, then sour cream, chopped cooked onions, bacon, with grated cheese, or coleslaw on top.

I usually scoop out the filling and put the skins back in for about 10 mins, whilst you mix the ingredients together with the scooped filling then put back in the skins and cook for another 10 mins x

wow I didn't know you could do them as baked potatoes as well. I must try this one cos I just love sweet potatoes.

Tiger...I only ever roast them. If you want them mashed just peel the skin off when they are cooked.

all of a sudden i have gone off spuds
I have often cooked them as roasts but not jacket style.
I didn't think u could.
I do wedges as well.
I reckon a decent spicy salsa dressing and grated chedder would work well.
