Lost home because of negligence due to Adult Social Services in 2006. Have been to Hell and back and now have to live in a squalid and damp bungalow. they do not want to take any resposibility. Help please.

i presume you have exhausted social services complaints system? Depending on the cmplaint, your only course of action may be through a solicitor. However, as we don't know what circumstances you are alleging as negligence (for example i can't even begin to imagine a scenario where social services in control of your housing) this advice could well be duff
