images for the web do not need to be vector images, in fact, most are not.

Photos tend to be jpgs. Text graphics tend to be gifs. The main vector format used are png files.

However, you cannot truly change a bitmap to any vector format.

vector magic made the image crisper so that when exploded
there was no loss of detail and it wasnt pixelated
my artwork is being transfered to tee-shirts so need
to be vectorised....thank you for your answer
