Yes it is Ricky, apparently he was out last night with his Hollyoak pals and got into some fracas, they said he was charged with assault more details will emerge. Strictly are deciding whether or not he willl dance tomorrow night, pity because he is one of the best dancers along with Ali who is also doubtful for tomorrow as she has a bad foot injury!
