since joining weight watchers i have decided to try and make my own crisps using carrot,turnip,beetroot,potato,parsnips so how do i cook them,i dont want to fry them and can you give me some ideas on flavourings?
If anyone can figure out a way of making proper crisps without deep frying them, they'll make a fortune! As to flavourings, each of the veggies you list will have their own flavour, making each of them that bit different from plain potato crisps, so why add anything else, (apart from maybe a small amount of salt)?
