We weren't actually notifed (in another PCC *** up) - I found out by accident cos there was loads of hoo ha on the local radio.

But apart from anything else, if the bin was meant to be out by 6.40 and it didn't go out until 7.15, but they hadn't actually collected from our street until 7.20 what difference does it make when the bin went out?! Its only the fact that they saw me put it out from 200 yards away - had I put it out 15 mins earlier, they wouldn't have known what time it went out but it still would not have been out at 6.40! Its this kind of unreasonable jobsworth broccoli that makes my blood boil.

our blue recycle wheelie bin arrived literally out of the blue, then a leaflet through the door saying "please refer to the letter you received" regarding change of collection day etc etc. Doh! What letter? Their website is pants too.
