It's a tad boring now. I don't think there is, or ever has been a clique. If people join in they are welcomed. It's when they moan about this so called clique that older users come together to point out that there is no clique....thus making it look like there is a clique..lol.
It's not our fault that we've been here for years...!!

There has never been cliqies here -I have always said i fly solo and I continue to.
Saying that I do have more in common with others -human nature.
I think this continual ref to cliques ang gangs are juvenile.
This is a new thing -I have never in nr 5yrs seen anythging posted to imply that posters arent capable of posting of their own volition.
ummmmm you got in one !!!!
oops April -seems so -stick in there xx
erm Peacock -what dont you understand divvy :)

I mentioned the C word last night (or maybe the night before - can't remember now) but I hope I didn't start anything. From an outsider's point of view, it is sometimes a little intimidating trying to join a thread, and I know that times when I have tried it's either killed the thread completely or been ignored as all the regulars talk amongst themselves. I've posted a few times and it has descended into arguments between other users about trolls, when I've been looking for an answer to a question. I've noticed other threads are sometimes hijacked for people to chat and catch up and the poster is ignored. I'm not criticising here, although it probably sounds like I am, I'm just trying to explain how newcomers to the site feel - I joined about a year ago and I still feel like an intruder most of the time. But at the same time, that's probably my fault for not joining in more. You all know one another from chatting on here so you talk - but it's kinda hard to break in to.
