Not everyone has internet access at home Sqad. Maybe their local library is closed or the system is down or they can only get in on certain days of the week due to other commitments and therefore have been unable to reply as yet - I doubt they will now right enough. Yes, some people are rude and some people just don't realise you expect an answer, but others may not always have the chance.
