How do I print a folded booklet on HP Color LaserJet 2550n

I am having great difficulty printing a folded booklet on my HP Color LaserJet 2550n. I am working in Word and saving as a .docx file. I have selected landscape orientation and A4 paper. In the Print window I am selecting Manual Duplex, and in the Properties window on the Effects tab I have selected Actual Size, on the Finishing tab I have selected 2 pages per sheet, Page Order - Right then down, Portrait orientation. Every time I print the reverse sheet prints upside down and instead of getting two A5 pages on each side of A4 it prints out at 50% of A5 size. Please can advise what settings I need and what I am doing incorrectly - I just want to print out a booklet (on both sides of paper) that will be folded in the middle to create the folded booklet (A5 size). Your help would be creatly appreciated as it is driving me crazy!!
