We bought Wizard of Oz when it was re-released (digitally remastered or some other twaddle) and sat down with Mini Boo to watch for the first time (for her) the other year. She was kinda "meh" at the beginning when it was black and white, but wow was her attention grabbed as soon as Dorothy opened the door. If it was possible for a 3 year old's jaw to drop, it did. The film hooked her from that moment on.
Got to say that's some good going for a film over 60 years old!
