Your debts will of course follow you. If you are in debt there are lot of options avavilable to you including bankruptcy, IVAs etc.

One possible solution that of course I wouldn't recommend is leave your current address, leave no forwarding address, change your bank account immediately and don't try and get credit again lol.

Once a CCJ has been issued they can track you through your National Insurance number, which would rule out you ever having a job or claiming benefit or they can track you via your driving licence and if you do not notify DVLA of a change of address you a breaking the law!!

Thats funny ratter because my solicitor told me that no-one who is chasing you for money except a govt agency can obtain this info due to data protection.

If it is a bank, credit card people etc they can do ****** all. You are untraceable thro your NI.

I owed 40K, moved address, didn't leave a forwarding one, didn't go on the electoral register and 3 1/2 years later no-one has found me and to my knowledge there are no CCJ's against me and I have not been declared bankrupt.

most people these days have huge debts

who the bloody hell do you think is gonna clear the debt.

it makes me mad that people are allowed to just walk away because other hardworking ******* have to have interest rises and higher charges to pay off other peoples debts.

i understand what it is like as we work hard to pay off a debt from a failed business.

accept your responsibilities and seek the help you need to pay off these debts at a reasonable rate

lenders are not charities
