You've answered my border collie questions in the past with very good advice. Just read on another post that you had to have your old lady put to sleep, that is so sad, but to reach 18+ you must have given her great care and a long and happy life. Thinking of you, Wendyxx
Wendy - thank you so much for yor post - there's something about the breed that just gets under your skin - I'd never had one before and got her under the strangest of circumstances about 14 years ago. She became simply a part of me - there's no other way to describe it - wherever I went , she went. Have to say though, knowing she went to the big kennel in the sky without a trace of stress is such a comfort. You must be such a nice person - go well and best regards.
Oh Carmalee, I am so sorry to hear of your loss: BCs are beautiful dogs, and she sounds like she was your furry soulmate.
miss meg is right: she must have been a very happy, well-loved dog.
Jack (BC) and I send our thoughts.
thanks so much Leelapops. What lovely people BC's choose to employ - consider myself very lucky to have had Daisy for so long and to have shared so much with her. Go well - regards Carole
