we can all get down now and again, wierd how moods can grab you from one day to the next. You just have to look around you No. I've just bumped in to a lady on the bus who along with me and a few other mums use to help run a playgroup many years ago. Margaret in the last three years has lost her husband to Alzhiemers, he's in a nursing home & she's had to adjust to living on her own & visiting him. She just blows me away!!! She must be in her sixties and she goes out with the girls when she can, she gets her nails done at the salon & makes the best of it. She misses her husbands companionship terribly, but she goes on. I'm hoping I'll have her courage if faced with hard times. Hope you feel better soon No, take care xxx
