Smoked haddock timing

Ive just put a nice piece of smoked haddock in a foil parcel with several chopped shallots, Spring onions, 2 cloves of garlic, an Inch of ginger, 3 sticks of lemon grass, A small handful of flatleaf parsley as well as 2 large tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 large spoonfuls of light soy sauce and 2 large spoons of lemon juice and put a "Bain marie'' ( A baking tray of water in the oven ) at the moment its in the middle of the oven at 190 degrees, How long should i cook it for?

About 20 minutes, but check it after 15 as it does depend on how big it is.

lol, Im a chef wannabe and learn mainly through trial and error, but this smells so good that it'd be a pity to make a mistake, Also Do you think i should reopen the parcel and put in a sliced small lime or would the lemongrass and spoonfuls of lemon juice suffice for lemony flavour maybe i could just serve with lime at the end?
deffo not , as you will not taste the fish ...enjoy ..
