I live close to Preston Lancs within 10 miles of Winter Hill Transmitter we are now fully digital no analogue I have a TV with built in Freeview. Since doing a re scan tried several times in fact am now getting ITV Wales and also S4C where Channel 4 should be and Channel 4 is there but at position 8.I'm thinking maybe the aerial is pointing slightly the wrong direction so getting the strongest signal from Wales strange thing is everything was normal before switchover Anybody any explanation please.

cannot help with an answer i'm afraid, but I too am from Preston area and before the switchover the signal/quality on our tv was 10 and now it only reaches 6 when the channels update. Ah well thats progress i suppose!
