I worked as a animal worker for 5 years (you have to work every day in that line of work) and after that I worked behind a bar. I got the usual qualifications, NVQ's in bar and hospitality and supervision, BII, Personal licence and the required food hygeine and health and safety certificates. Having a personal licence means that you are more likely to be roped in to working the awful hours since you can authorise the sale of alcohol....
I will try my best not to eat like a horse, I used to own one, they do eat alot (they also like cider). I'm trying a new diet anyway so hopefully I will be able to stay away from the booze also.
