wow nice boss " he should be askin the PC network maintenance people to sort this type of stuff out not you unless your in that department .
Basicly you want to know the type of video cards these computers hold " if they dont have double plug's for monitors ", so a second of each card can be purchased. then its simply a case of following the previous instructions.
USB connection for monitors i can honestly say i have never done so anything regarding that type of setup would be mear conjecture on my part which would not be fare to do.
however i will state i use multi monitors on my home setup and have setup via the usual video card wiith no hassles or problems what so ever " having the dual connections on the same card saved slot's in the pc also".
" monitors come with the cables to connect to the pc , so they should be somewhere at work presumably in storage ".
