Injury payments
Does anyone have any idea what sort of compensation I could be expecting. I was involved in an unprovoked assault on the 6th of June 2009, I was knocked out and kicked repeatedly in the head my two soldiers. I suffered major concussion, I was unconcious for 15 minutes, I have a 2 inch scar above my right eye (4 stitches) and a 3 inch scar down the centre of my forehead (5 stitches), I was working as a kitchen consultant at the time and due to my "facial deformation" i resigned for medical reasons. I have also suffered a loss of vision in my left eye, I had 20/20 vison 2 weeks before the attack and i am now 1.5 in my left and +0.5 in my right.
Any ideas???????

it will depend if your scarring is classed as mnor or signifcant, but it looks between £1000-2000 for that part and they dont seem to have a caegory for deterioration of vision, but it looks about £2500 if i read it right

What? Do you think that someone who is a victim of an unprovoked attack shouldn't be compensated?
What about someone, like me and my little boy, who got knocked over on a pedestrian crossing because the driver was on his mobile and didn't see the red light? What about the fact that I couldn't work and I was self employed....and I couldn't pick my kids up because of the pain. That my little boy (4) was scared to leave the house because of the cars...
