squad, i think its my shunt again
10 Answers
Will the end of my vp shunts' tube be in my stomach? I had those headaches the other week, and a couple of days ago, i got bad, sharp cramp all over my stomach, for about a minute. Could they be connected? should i be worried? should igo to the doctor? also considering i've had 2 more of those headaches since the other week?

I'm going to adenbrookes on monday. But they couldn' fit us in this week, so they said go to your gp, who was angry as she doesn't have much of an idea but said that theres a small chance that i have a virus as i felt lightheaded for a couple days and sick and shivering when noone else was that cold, which could be making the shunt seem worse, but she's not sure. Then she said she'll write to adenbrookes to say that it seems pretty urgent to her and that shes angry i was sent to her (we thought this meant we wouldn't get a reply for at least a week) but she faxed them and we got a phone call saying we can have an appointment on monday.
