BBC iPlayer

I am trying to perform a "clean installation of BBC iPlayer desktop on windows XP."
I need to remove previous settings which when I go to Internet Explorer Tools I cannot find "Folder Options" in my dropdown.
Is there another place I can find them?

Windows Explorer has a Folder Options, Internet Explorer does not

go to add remove progs in control panel

i had problem downloading the new i player so i uninstalled the lot then it went ok

Thanks deggers I had already done your suggestions but they did not work,Comp was corrupted.
rojash.Thanks for your gem of wisdom it pushed me into another area.I will explain in case others have a similar problem. Went to www,coolnerds.com Page.Windows xp/more > Understanding Windows Explorer I found my answer in:- My Documents/My Music seached for folders iplayer/deskstop and deleted.
