laptop driver not working!

hi, i have an Asus Fvl5 series laptop, which was recently re-formatted, however now the speakers and webcam no longer work! i'm aware that i need to download new drivers, but i am completely unaware on where to begin, and what the model numbers are to find the right ones! please help!
