Here's some words I copied from a plaque on the maternity ward my wife was staying in -
If chldren live with criticism, they learn to condemn.
If children live with hostility, they learn to fight.
If childrn live ridicule, they learn to be shy.
If children live with shame, they learn to fel guilty.
If children live with tolerance, they learn to be patient.
I fchildren live with encouragement, they Learn confidence.
If children live with praise , they learn to appreciate.
If children live with fairness, they learn justice.
If children live with security, they learn to have faith.
If children live with approval, they learn to like themselves.
If children live with acceptance and friendship, they learn to find love in the world.
Excellent that woodchopper, have copied and given it to my son and his partner who are awaiting the arrival of their first child.
Wish I had had it when my boys were born , I'm sure it would have saved a lot of the mistakes I made thro trial and error. Thanks a lot.Brenda.
