Internet Explorer Script error box

I keep getting an Internet Explorer Script Error box that keeps popping up. It has been doing it for ages and no one has been able to help me, but now when it comes up it won't let me click off it. It always has done before, so now I have to sign out of the internet each time. It is absolutely driving me insane. I went on Google to see if I could find out anything and it said I should go into tools, internet option etc but I have tried all that to no avail. Please can anyone help ??????

Is it always when you go to a certain website?

Yes, mostly Facebook but it's actually ok today. They are still coming up every few seconds but i'm able to click off them.
