I am with PetPlan, but they arnt the cheapest. Unfortunately the dogs have some pre existing conditions which prevents me changing now, as they wouldnt be covered on a new policy.

I'm with Tesco and have had some big claims which have always been quickly and efficiently settled. I wouldn't touch any policy underwritten by Axa.

Interested to know why not Axa Thug? I have claimed far more than I have paid in over the last few years, and never had a problem with Pet Plan, my friend has also claimed thousands through Healthy Pets for more than one dog, and never been questionned.

I am with PetPlan too - been with them for 20 years or more - wouldn't go anywhere else. We have claimed lots and never had a problem. They aren't the cheapest but they are the best.

I've had more than a few problems with Axa although I've never had their pet insurance. The last issue went to the Ombudsman before they caved and paid what they should have done. I do have my professional indemnity insurance with them but only because I have no choice.
