I read in today's Daily Express that "in 2001 a baby penguin was treated for depression after it was found wandering the streets of Melbourne". Was it depressed because it was in Melbourne (sorry people of Melbourne), or because it was out ejoying itself and then someone found it, and how exactly do you think you treat a penguin for depression???

More to the point....how can you tell it's depressed??? and lol Trillipse :-)

I can't say what treatment I would need to be given since I've never suffered from depression.  There again, I've never been to Melbourne.

I just knew a genuine penguin would answer sooner or later!

Thanks for the comments. No wonder it was depressed being near Macdonalds! Thanks SteveD for the link to the original piece.
