i was on zopliclone and managed to hear my son still, head felt like cotton wool when i got up to see him, but i would recommend turning up your baby monitor!

thanks i was really worried that I would not hear him

I have been prescribed 10mg of Temazapam before. Little noises still woke me up, so I'm sure a child calling out or moving about will wake you too.

Take care & I hope you feel better soon lee_lee. -x-

lee_lee,

I am on Anti Depressants & Lithium, but not sleeping tablets.I am sure the guys above are right because 10mg IS a small dose.

BTW,do you not have a partner who could get up, as these tablets ARE supposed to make sure you get a good nights sleep? Sorry if I am talking out of turn!

no im a single mum, my son doesnt wake up in the night much I was justy cjecking for when he wakes up in the morning really

lee_lee,

So sorry I WAS talking out of turn.I put mouth into gear without engaging brain! LOL

Like the others I think your maternal instinct will overide the (light) dose of sleeping tablets!
