Hey NoMercy, this year i've got fresh sprouts - I cut a cross into the sprouts to help them cook quicker, do you do that?

Yes I do... they steam better and I think the cross section looks more attractive than the whole sprout. :0)

2. Sprouts - wouldn't be the same without them!
3. Bisto, but with juices from the meat, after the fat's removed
4. Christmas pudding &/or mince pies
5. Sherry before dinner & a little wine with dinner
