Yes I had those answers as well. I've almost completed this crossword and can help with other clues. One II'm stuck on: 70D "Double Gloucester is a type of what?" (B-N- I think)

OK thanks I've finished it now but hit another problem. When I try to match the unclued lights with the letters given there are 3 letters extra in their list (EIN) which aren't accounted for. Just a mistake on their part?

Exactly the same for me - E, I and N over. Then I decided that I probably needed to count the 5th character of 71a, the 9th character of 14a and the last character of 17a, which are not crossing letters from "normal clues" (though if this is correct, they really ought to be counted twice!).

I think that this is an error as the three missing characters are the checked characters in 11 down. There are 64 unchecked characters and 67 in the list at the bottom of the grid

No mistake in count of letters - read the instructions.
You need to count the 3 times that "dumb" answers cross each other.

However, although HILLARY may have 2 "L"s my dictionary says her dog doesn't.
