im trying to get some video of my xmas lights
from digi cam to my video recorder
it does not do that
i got the cable with 3 colours plugged in to tv
other end to cam
put v1 v2 v3 on video
non of them work
i can get the video from the cam onto the tv
pres record on the video handset
it shows its recording
play back tape
did not record
help please

plug the camera into the video recorder!

it needs to be plugged into the video, you: -

plug camera into video
switch video to correct channel that the camera is plugged into (av1 or whatever)
put TV on the channel you'd normally use to watch videos (so you can see whats being played)
press play on camera you should see your video on the TV,
press record on video and it will record your stuff from the camera.

no luck
i have no prob recording from tv and play back
anymore ideas please
