Its love that keeps us going, if we don`t have that then what do we have, had a terrible fright today when I fell on ice and a panic came over me, but my family rallied round and think I am okay though a bit scared to lie down, I hurt so much. Please don`t worry will take some pain relief and lie down, fell flat on my back and think its soft tisue damage have been told not to venture out tomorow, son in law will do shopping.
