I previously had a copy of CS3 on my old laptop, however I got a new one for Christmas and am now having trouble reactivating it. I've still got the serial so that's fine, but the copy won't authorize. I'm wondering if it could be something to do with having it installed on 2 computers?
I was also wondering if anyone knows if there's any software out there to find previous codes used on programmes such as Photoshop, I know you can get such programmes but would they work with finding the old authorization code? I know it does also give me an option to activate by phone but I went through that last time and it was very tedious -_-
