Wii Fit with balance board - Chances of it coming back in stock?
Hi all!
We want to get the Wii fit balance board and have some Argos vouchers to buy it with. Now obviously the Wii fit plus has come out which is more pricey and all the first wii fit's seem to be totally out of stock. Do others think this is just because it's so close to xmas or is it unlikely it will ever come back in stock?
Also what are the must haves when buying the wii fit, does the board get quite wrecked without the silicon cover? Just trying to suss out what is essential. Any advice greatly appreciated.
Many thanx :o)

The new version has the same board and the same game as the first one, plus all the updated bits, so I expect the original wii fit is being discontined as there is no longer any need for it.
I found the board got filthy, not to mention sweaty and slippery, without a silicon cover. I bought an EA pack that has a silicon cover and special socks with grips on the bottom and find that much better. Don't bother with any special battery packs though, I find they tend to get knocked out of place when using the board. Just get a charger and some normal rechargeable batteries.
