got my free Veet sample..just used 2 of the 4,anyone want the other 2?..certainly wont be using that on my bikini line..don't care what anyone says waxing hurt no matter how  they package it!

Christ no. I waxed my bikini line once, never again. It was more painful than some of my tattoos.

I did it once and didn't hold the skin taut enough, pulled at the wrong angle, and was left with a very unsightly bruise on one side which didn't go away for ages. I know I'm a fan of asymmetry, but that was taking it a bit too far. 

As for the woman in the ad, who waxes for the first time in a shop and feels no pain - it would help if she didn't have 100% smooth legs to start with. Do they think we're stupid?

It is so painful. It gets better though. If you do it on the same spot for years it doesn't hurt as much as the first time but... it still hurts.

bit of advice:get waxed professionally first (you have to be prepared to put up with pain SOMEWHERE along the line after all!) and after that, when the hair starts to grow back, THEN use the Veet cold wax strips.This works for me as when i get waxed professionally, the hair grows back much finer and lighter so it's easier to use the cold wax strips.Usually i won't advocate self-harm but it's a lot less costly this way!

know what u mean tried the bloody things all i got for the effort was bruised legs and still had to shave after they are useless and very painful i hate that advert so false can we get them done for false advertising because its nothing like that as anybody whos tried it can tell u long live the razor

Exactly, I bought some the other day and i'll never use them again, absolutely rubbish, waste of money!!
