2009's Best Album

A week or so ago the BBC posted an article about a band who'd made the best album of 2009, they said they had come to the decision through comparing reviews from magazines and critics. The band are relatively unknown, but I'd love to know who they are, but I've completely forgotten their name!

I think the band's name comprised two words, the first of which (I think) began with "A".

Does anyone know who the band is, or remember the article?

By the way, perhaps i am really out of touch but i've only heard of 1 of those bands in the top 10!

I've been searching on Google for days, typing in all sorts of combinations with nothing successful coming up. Hence coming back to good old Answerbank!
