HI can anyone help me, three years ago i got divorced and took over the mortgage to my property, I carried on paying the paymentcare, Ive recently discovered this was in my ex husbands name(who has no mortgage) and he is named on it, if I had needed paying out for illness and time off work, it would not have covered me.
My ex husband has said I should make a claim as I should of been informed, but I am quite ignorant in this area and should I have or should I have realised , when everything comes out on direct debit I ahd no idea.

Are you in the UK or US. I've never heard of 'paymentcare'.#
Are you saying the policy was mis-sold and so you want to claim back your premiums?
