What you need is a separate "graphics card" with it's own dedicated video memory, designed specifically to produce the images on the screen. The built-in graphics share memory with the rest of your system, it's not even graphics memory and is not designed for doing all the hard work of rendering images for games. When doing that job then everything else suffers badly - speed wise.
It's like asking "will my oars be OK" when you really need an outboard motor!!
Unfortunately, the fact it says "mobile Intel........" suggests you have a laptop? It's not usually (possible to improve the graphics capability of a laptop - you can't add a separate dedicated graphics card like you can with a desktop machine.
