what would they do with the scoring, if someone (a guest of someone else) was ill one night?

It wouldn't be fair to not give them 2/3 or 3/4 of the marks depending on how many guests there were.

would they work out the percentages of what everyone got and the highest percent won.

They could average out the scores from the ill person but the night they miss might be particularly good or bad.

Or they could average out the scores from that night and add that onn, but the ill person might have really liked the food and the others didn't or vice versa, leading to completely different scores.

i can only think that the fair way of doing it is work out who got the highest percentage from the maximum possible score available, but then the ill person may have changed that alot if they woouldn't have given the average score

i think about the random of things, i supose they would if everyone was available, if not they'd have to start again with the people who could do it and some new people.
