Iv'e just became the sole executor of my late fathers estate and would like to know how i go about signing over the deeds to his house to my sister?, as the deeds are still in my ate fathers name

Ring the land registry they will advice.  You may have to go through probate to do this not sure but check with them.

You will need to obtain Probate. Re,member there may be Inheritance tax to pay.
Then you will have to complete land registry form AP1 and send it off for registration with the appropriate fee.

thanks josieann and didwot for your promptness i've just obtained probate and am sorting out estate now i will look into land registry form A1
