Some taxi firms will collect takeaways for you and deliver to your door - at a cost - of course you will still have to go to the door - may I recommend a bucket and rope in which you could place the required payment and dangle it out of the window for the driver to collect and fill.

Find a girlfriend who likes kebabs and has a penchant for visiting take-aways btw if you live in london then there's one on every street corner! ( i know cos i've seen) - how lazy is that!
